Triple Chocolate Banana Bread (adapted from this site)
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 3/4 cup bananas, mashed 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a different bowl, beat the margarine (softened) with the sugars. Mix in the eggs and bananas. Stir in the dry ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into 3 greased mini loaf pans (or one large loaf pan). Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes (or 60-70 for the large size). Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove. Drizzle with chocolate glaze if desired.
