As mentioned previously, we enjoyed our date to Bonefish Mac’s last month and while waiting for our table I jotted down some notes for recipe ideas. Today is “clear off the desk day” so it’s time to transcribe those notes and throw away that scrap of paper. Here we go!

Crack Mac – macaroni & cheese topped with baby shrimp, crab and lobster

Bonefish Wrappers – eggrolls with shrimp, crab, Jack cheese, jalapeƱos and green onions

Po’ Boy Wrap – blackened shrimp, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and spicy Ranch dressing

California Wrap – blackened chicken, avocado, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and peppercorn Parmesan dressing in tomato basil tortilla

Bacon Wrapped Scallops – served with choice of barbecue, teriyaki, or Thai chili sauces

Aloha Salad – spinach, strawberry, kiwi, macadamia nuts with raspberry glazed chicken or salmon

Caribbean Breeze Salad – chicken, pineapple, mandarin oranges, carrots, tomato and glazed pecans with Key Lime dressing

Black n Blue Salad – blackened chicken, bleu cheese, tomatoes, red onions and walnuts

Chicken Monterey – chicken with barbecue sauce, bacon, Jack and Cheddar cheese, tomatoes and chives

Outer Banks Chicken – chicken with honey mustard, bacon, mushrooms, Jack and Cheddar cheese

Key Lime Grilled Chicken – marinated in a Key Lime herb juice
