It’s actually fairly simple, although frying the cubed potatoes before adding them to the steak and vegie stir fry was a new technique for us. In case you can’t read the recipe in the picture, it’s basically cubed steak (filet mignon, although I imagine other cuts would work) and chorizo sauteed with onions, garlic, mushrooms, green peppers and seasoned with red wine (or grape juice) and salt and pepper. Stir in the fried potatoes and garnish with green peas and parsley. Delicious!
